Flex Rewards is only open to select customers with electric heat pumps as their cooling and heating equipment, therefore the program will select customers with heat pumps to join.

• If you have already enrolled in Energy Wise Rewards:
  • If you are selected, you will receive an email with information on the pilot, a link to the Flex Rewards webpage, and a link to an opt-in form. If you would like to enroll in Flex Rewards, complete the opt-in form with your information and submit. Within 7-10 business days, you will receive notice that your participation has switched to Flex Rewards.
• If you have not enrolled in Energy Wise Rewards:
  • If you are selected, you will receive an email with information on the pilot, a link to the Flex Rewards webpage, a link to enroll in Energy Wise Rewards, and a link to an opt-in form. If you would like to enroll in Flex Rewards, follow the Energy Wise Rewards enrollment steps, then complete the opt-in form with your information and submit. Once you are approved in Energy Wise Rewards, the program will move you to the Flex Rewards pilot, and you will receive notice that you are now participating in Flex Rewards.
• If you have a heat pump and would like to join:
  • Email ACEEnergyWiseRewards@icf.com and the program will reach out to confirm your eligibility and send you the steps to enroll.
