Get started

To be eligible, you must meet one of the following requirements:

  1. Your primary residence is located within a moderate-income census tract as defined by the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council. You can confirm your census tract by visiting geomap.ffiec.gov/FFIECGeocMap/GeocodeMap1.aspx, entering your address, selecting “Census Demographic Data,” and reviewing the Tract Income Level field; OR
  2. You provide proof of participation in the New Jersey SHARES (NJ SHARES) federal/safety net partnership program; OR
  3. You provide proof that your household income is above 250% and below 400% of the Federal Poverty Levels (see table below).
