The Trade Ally will alert you when equipment is not operating as expected and will work with you to correct issues and make improvements wherever possible.Monitoring-based Commissioning (MBCx) is designed to help you:Maximize potential incentives with a deeper dive into your building’s overall performanceMonitor and identify cost savings opportunitiesBenefit from a continuous process to improve comfort and optimize energy usageMaximize the operational efficiency of your buildingThe program can cover up to 100% of the Trade Ally service fees, including software integration.Customer Incentive$0.16/kWh and $2.00/therm, capped at 70% of measure implementation cost. The customer incentive is paid after implementation at M&V.EligibilityIncentives are available to all Atlantic City Electric commercial customers with 300 kW or higher average peak demand in the last 12 months.Recommended minimum facility size of 50,000 square feet, particularly campus or customer with portfolio of buildings.Facility has not been commissioned in the last 3 years and is not a new construction.Functional existing building automation system is required.Customer must agree to install eligible MBCx software with Fault Detection and Diagnostics (FDD) with a monitoring service contract of at least 18 months.Building has potential for energy savings, with agreement the customer will implement all upgrades that have an 18-month payback or less.How to ApplyThe program requires customers to work through an approved Monitoring-based Commissioning Trade Ally.(opens in a new tab)Trade Ally Directory
