Fine tuning your building’s equipment is an easy way for any business to save energy and money. Atlantic City Electric’s Energy Management program takes a systematic approach to fine-tuning your facility’s electrical, mechanical, and control systems so they operate at optimal efficiency. Just like your car needs adjustments from time to time, your building’s equipment needs to be tuned-up to continue working properly. The program consists of four categories of offerings, all designed to help optimize your equipment and operations. Energy Management Offerings HVAC Tune-up Over time, HVAC units can go out of tune from their original factory settings. The HVAC Tune-up offering is centered around re-tuning equipment and returning it to its proper operational state. Tune-ups are applied to rooftop units, heat pumps, AC units, and packaged terminal units (PTAC and PTHP). Incentive Rates: Single Compressor Units - $175/unit Multiple Compressor Units - $250/unit PTAC, PTHP or Mini-Split - $75/unit Capped at 100% of the tune-up cost.
